Social Media Executive

At Nutrition in Sync by Rashi Chowdhary, we're building a movement around women-first nutrition and hormone health. We're looking for a Social Media Executive who can support all day-to-day social media requirements across our founder and brand pages.

This role is perfect for someone who is fast, organized, trend-aware, and excited to execute social media plans with precision.

What you'll do:

• Support the Social Media Manager with ideation, posting, scheduling, and content execution.
• Track and share trends in nutrition, wellness, and short-form content daily.
• Prepare captions, hashtags, reels drafts, and coordinate with designers/editors.
• Track key metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Assist with link-in-bio updates, highlights, and lead-gen campaign support.
• Write blogs on monthly topics based on market research, aligned with brand and organic keywords to increase organic website traffic.
• Create interesting monthly newsletters for email and LinkedIn platforms, tracking metrics and increasing followers.
• Use tools like Hootsuite/HubSpot, AI tools, and Google Analytics.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a social media or content support role
• Strong knowledge of Instagram & short-form video formats
• Good written skills and attention to detail
• Excellent coordination & time management
• Bonus: Basic video editing + familiarity with CRM or funnel workflows
