We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, drive engagement, and generate quality leads.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).

* Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional ads.

* Run and optimize paid ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

* Write compelling captions & ad copies tailored to our real estate audience.

* Coordinate content creation (photos, videos, and property showcases) with designers and photographers.

* Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements to boost engagement and reach.

* Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.

* Collaborate with the sales team to convert social media leads into potential buyers.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or Digital Marketer, preferably in real estate.

* Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and WhatsApp marketing.

* Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, and basic video editing.

* Strong understanding of social media trends & real estate marketing strategies.

* Ability to generate and track leads through digital campaigns.

* Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

Perks:
