About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Associate who can juggle media planning, content strategy, graphic sensibility, and client communication with flair.

From crafting scroll-stopping Instagram campaigns to planning paid media budgets and managing video rollouts, you'll help shape narratives that leave a mark for both people and brands.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage day-to-day social calendars across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Execute basic media planning and boost strategies for paid campaigns.

Co-create visual assets using Canva or Adobe Suite (basic design understanding is a must!)

Coordinate with video editors to create engaging reels and video-based content.

Own client servicing: update, pitch, and manage expectations with ease.

Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations based on analytics.

You Should Have

13 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.

Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools.

A basic design eye comfort with Canva, Figma, or Photoshop is a plus.

Understanding of short-form video trends and storytelling.

Confidence in client communication and team coordination.

Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for aesthetics + narrative flow.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in the events, weddings, or lifestyle industry.

Know your way around influencer outreach or UGC strategy.

Enjoy experimenting with new formats and algorithms.
