Role Description

Job Title: Social Media Executive/Assistant

Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid 2-3 days/week from office in South Delhi)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Upto 25,000 (based on skills)

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team and lead content and social media execution for 5+ brands. This is a hybrid role you'll be required to work from office based in South Delhi at least twice a week for client shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute content (reels, videos, graphics, captions)
• Shoot content with clients and manage creative direction
• Edit reels, design basic graphics (Canva or similar tools)
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars
• Bring fresh content ideas aligned with trends
• Use Meta Business Suite and support ad campaign execution
• Manage a minimum of 5-6 client accounts and deliver content on schedule

Requirements:

• Based in Delhi NCR
• Comfortable working from the office 2 days/week (South Delhi)
• Must own an iPhone 15 or above for shoots
• Strong creative and ideation skills
• Proficient in reels editing, Canva, and basic social media tools
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and running ads
• Experience managing multiple accounts
• Prior agency or influencer marketing experience is a plus
