Our portfolio features iconic global skincare brands such as The Face Shop and Belif. We are on a mission to build a holistic ecosystem where beauty meets wellness inside and out.

The Role

We are looking for a highly versatile social media professional who can independently manage the entire content lifecycle from ideation and copywriting to execution. This role will own our social media presence, primarily on Instagram, creating engaging, scroll-stopping content rooted in cultural insights and everyday moments.

What You'll Do

• Ideate: Conceptualize content pegs that fit our brand (skincare). You know how to build formats like marketplace/cart videos and opinionated, creator-led POVs.
• Write (Copy): Write scripts, captions, and on-screen text that are short, sharp, and witty. You know how to use dry humor without being try-hard. If it needs a lecture, you know to scrap it.
• Execute: You shoot and edit natively. You understand fast cuts, playful pacing, and product ASMR . You can make a protein bar look appetizing and a brand story look entertaining.
• Community: Interact with our audience and creators like a normal human being, keeping the brand's tone alive in the comments section.

Who You Are

• You have an eye for design-first thinking; you believe good food should look the part .
• You don't rely on jargon or preach to the audience.
• You understand the quick-commerce landscape (Zepto, Blinkit) and know how content drives discovery there.
• You are comfortable taking risks and having opinions. We make the call so customers don't have to.

Candidates willing to travel to Worli and work from office should only apply. We work 5 days a week, with one Saturday WFH every month.
