The Role

Troopr is hiring its first Content Marketer / Copywriter to work closely with the Head of GTM/Growth and build a scalable, content-led SEO engine. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup environment where you will help define how content drives growth.

This is an AI-first content role. You will use and help set up agentic AI systems to automate parts of the content workflow - research, analysis, briefs, drafting support, optimization, and publishing ops - while ensuring clear human judgment, high-quality inputs, and strong editorial feedback loops throughout.

What You'll Do

  • Understand the product, audience, and positioning quickly
  • Analyze competitor content strategies and identify content gaps
  • Conduct keyword research and build an initial SEO content backlog
  • Write and publish 4–6 SEO-focused blog posts in the first 30 days, then consistently publish 2–3 high-quality posts per week
  • Create content targeting high-intent search queries with strong on-page SEO fundamentals
  • Set up and manage AI-assisted / agentic content workflows with clear human review and quality control
  • Establish a repeatable research, writing, and optimization process
  • Monitor performance, improve existing content based on insights, and expand the content pipeline over time

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or copywriting
  • Strong understanding of how SEO content works and how blogs rank on search engines
  • Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality content at speed without compromising quality
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and a practical mindset for building AI-first workflows with human oversight
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Surfer SEO/Clearscope, and AI tools like ChatGPT or similar
