About us

We are an Aerospace and Defence company with a precision manufacturing campus of 1,000+ professionals. We produce parts for Aero Engines to global Aerospace OEMs and create products like drones, micro turbo jet engines and robots for defence. We're seeking a creative, strategic professional to own branding, internal communications, and external presence.

What You'll Do

• Adhere to brand identity, guidelines, and governance across all materials
• Create branding presentations for leadership, customers, and events
• Design internal wall graphics, murals, wayfinding, and culture-focused visuals
• Work with team members to build branding initiatives (campaigns, events, merchandise)
• Produce internal newsletters, announcements, and intranet features
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Defence/Drones teams
• Ensure security, export control, and compliance where applicable

3.Required Skills/ Competencies (Technical/Functional)

Branding and corporate communications

Internal communications, newsletters, intranet content

Graphic design and visual storytelling

Portfolio showcasing branding systems, wall graphics, social visuals

Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); After Effects or Premiere a plus social media: LinkedIn best practices, content calendars, analytics

Copywriting and storytelling; ability to translate technical concepts

Project management: timelines, budgets, cross-functional coordination

Photography/videography and basic motion graphics a plus

Strong verbal and written English; additional languages a plus
