Job Description

1. Strategy & Vision

  • Define the overall social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Decide platform focus (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build campaign frameworks for launches, events, and brand moments
  • Identify audience segments and content direction

2. Content Direction & Storytelling

  • Oversee content themes, tone, and narrative
  • Guide teams on what kind of content to create (reels, films, carousels, etc.)
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Approve key content pieces and campaigns

3. Content Creation and Curation:

  • Develop creative and engaging content for all social media platforms.
  • Curate relevant and trending content to enhance the brand's social media presence.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.

4. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign rollouts
  • Align content with marketing, PR, and event timelines
  • Ensure timely execution of calendars and launches
  • Manage real-time content during events or key moments

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage content creators, designers, agencies, and freelancers
  • Work closely with PR, marketing, partnerships, and production teams
  • Provide feedback, direction, and performance evaluation

6. Platform Growth & Engagement

  • Drive audience growth and engagement
  • Build community and brand loyalty
  • Oversee commenting, DMs, and audience interaction strategy

7. Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions
  • Analyze what's working and optimize content strategy
  • Present monthly insights and recommendations

8. Partnerships & Influencer Strategy

  • Identify and collaborate with creators, influencers, and media partners
  • Drive co-branded content and collaborations
  • Ensure partnerships align with brand positioning

9. Innovation & Trends

  • Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and platform updates
  • Experiment with new formats (short video, live, interactive content)
  • Keep the brand culturally relevant
