Engagement & Communication Specialist - Digital Learning Solution

Role Overview: We are seeking an Engagement & Communication Specialist to create impactful educational content and lead strategic engagement initiatives that reinforce company's position as a trusted leader in K12 education.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, write, and curate impactful content tailored for school leaders and educators.
• Design and manage learning modules and resources that enable educators to maximize teaching-learning outcomes using digital classroom solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create initiatives and communication strategies that strengthen educator engagement and address emerging challenge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree, preferably in Educational Technology or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in educational content creation, learning module design and development, and managing educational projects or programs.
• Knowledge of teaching pedagogies, learning theories, and familiarity with the Indian K12 education system and the National Education Policy.
• Strong skills in content writing for engagement and communications, adaptability to diverse responsibilities, and effective communication and presentation abilities.
