Role Overview
Owns client relationships and business growth by driving strategic thinking, delivering high-impact campaigns, and expanding accounts through upselling and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client accounts end-to-end (delivery and growth)
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
- Drive strategic inputs on campaigns and brand communication
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead new business pitches and proposals
- Own commercials: scoping, budgeting, and revenue tracking
- Manage internal teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality output
- Handle escalations and ensure overall client satisfaction
What Were Looking For
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking and understanding of brand/campaign planning
- Commercial acumen (budgets, margins, revenue growth)
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple accounts
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Relevant experience in advertising/creative agencies is essential
