About the Role
The role involves creating engaging content, running conversion experiments, building AI-powered workflows, and identifying effective channels to reach the target audience. The ideal candidate has strong content taste, AI implementation experience, and a bias toward shipping quickly.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) to promote Fabric's product and brand.
- Appear on camera to explain product features, use cases, and hiring insights in an engaging way.
- Ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
- Experiment with different content formats, hooks, and storytelling styles to improve reach and engagement.
- Edit videos using tools.
- Track content performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and optimise content accordingly.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and social media posts.
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create content that communicates product value clearly.
