Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Handle and grow company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
Content Creation & Video Editing
- Create high-quality posts, reels, and short-form videos for social media.
- Edit and enhance videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Work with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) to create visually appealing content.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions to maximize engagement.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Negotiate collaborations, track campaign performance, and manage influencer partnerships.
Skills:
- Experience: 0-1 years in social media management, Video Editing, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with video editing and post-production.
- Creativity in content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and best practices.
- Analytical mindset to track and improve campaign performance.
