Role Overview
The Social Media Admin – Telugu will be responsible for end-to-end management of Telugu social media pages, including content ideation, creative writing, execution, and performance tracking. This role requires a highly creative and execution-focused individual who can independently manage multiple pages while closely collaborating with the creative team to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Ideation
- Develop engaging and culturally relevant Telugu content for social media platforms
- Generate creative ideas for posts, reels, campaigns, and trends
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy tailored to the Telugu audience
2. Page Management & Execution
- Independently handle 4–5 social media pages end-to-end
- Plan and execute content calendars in alignment with brand goals
- Ensure timely posting and publishing of content
3. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and the creative team
- Contribute ideas for visuals, reels, and campaign creatives
- Ensure content and creatives are aligned for maximum impact
4. Growth & Performance
- Take ownership of overall page growth (followers, reach, engagement)
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
- Stay updated with Telugu trends, memes, and audience behavior
5. Quality & Brand Consistency
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice
- Ensure error-free, high-quality Telugu content
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong proficiency in written Telugu (must-have)
- Creative thinking with a strong sense of trends and audience engagement
- Experience in handling multiple social media pages independently
- Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Ability to work closely with creative teams and execute ideas effectively
- Basic understanding of analytics and content performance
Preferred Skills
- Experience in meme marketing or regional content
- Basic knowledge of video scripting and short-form content
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
