Job description:
Key Responsibilities: Design Responsibilities:
- Create innovative jewellery designs (Polki & Gemstone Jewellery, Diamond pieces)
- Develop manual sketches and digital designs using Canva, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop
- Customize jewellery designs based on customer requirements and preferences
- Suggest appropriate materials, stones, and finishes
- Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and market demands
- Maintain a design portfolio/catalogue
Sales Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their design requirements
- Provide design consultation and recommendations
- Convert enquiries into sales through effective communication and product knowledge
- Explain pricing, customization options, and timelines
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Social Media Support:
- Assist in creating basic creatives/posts using Canva
- Support showcasing designs on Instagram/WhatsApp/catalogues
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions
Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with karigars/artisans for design execution
- Ensure quality and timely delivery
- Handle customer follow-ups and order tracking
