Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Chemistry Faculty who can effectively teach students from Telugu State Board and NCERT curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, experience in competitive exam coaching, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons across both classroom and digital platforms, including social media.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Subject Expertise
- Deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons covering Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
- Teach concepts aligned with Telugu State Board and NCERT curriculum
- Prepare students for competitive exams such as EAMCET, JEE, and NEET (foundation level as required)
- Simplify complex chemical concepts for easy understanding
2. Content Delivery (Online & Offline)
- Conduct classes in both offline and online formats
- Create engaging video lectures and short-form content for digital platforms
- Be camera-friendly and confident while teaching
3. Academic Planning
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and practice questions
- Design structured content for both conceptual clarity and exam readiness
- Collaborate with the academic/content team for curriculum planning
4. Student Engagement
- Conduct interactive sessions and resolve student doubts effectively
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback
- Adapt teaching methodologies based on student learning needs
5. Quality & Performance
- Maintain high standards in teaching and content delivery
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all materials
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong command over Chemistry concepts (State Board + NCERT)
- Experience in teaching school-level and competitive exam students
- Excellent communication skills (preferably English + Telugu)
- Comfortable with camera-based teaching and digital content creation
- Ability to break down complex topics into simple explanations
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry or related field
- Experience in coaching for EAMCET / JEE / NEET (Chemistry)
- Prior experience in online teaching or ed-tech platforms
