What You'll Do
Birdeye, the AI-powered Experience Marketing platform for multi-location businesses, is looking for a SMB Sales Manager Inbound. This is a high-velocity, inbound sales environment.
You will lead a team of 912 Inbound SMB Account Executives who run 34 meetings per day and are expected to convert 3+ meetings to closed-won per week. This is a fast-paced motion that requires strong process discipline, coaching excellence, and relentless focus on conversion.
