Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor / Foreman – High-Rise Construction (Aluminium Formwork / Safety Screen / Glass Facade)

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in High-Rise Construction Supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities for Aluminium Formwork, Safety Screen, and Glass Facade installation.

• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.

• Guide and coordinate with riggers, technicians, and laborers for proper installation methods.

• Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.

• Identify and report site issues, material shortages, or technical discrepancies promptly.

• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd. standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction supervision.

• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:

o Aluminium Formwork Installation

o Safety Screen Installation

o Glass Facade Installation

• Ability to read and understand technical and structural drawings.

• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

• Working knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.
