Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in the Real Estate industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation usingAutodesk Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and presentation layouts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and markups from the design team.
- Maintain organized project files and drawing archives.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather measurements and verify design details.
Education Qualification
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Certification Required
- Certification in AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the Real Estate industry.
- Experience with 3D modelling software is a plus.
