Job Title: Site Supervisor / Foreman – High-Rise Construction (Aluminium Formwork / Safety Screen / Glass Facade)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site activities for Aluminium Formwork, Safety Screen, and Glass Facade installation.
- Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Guide and coordinate with riggers, technicians, and laborers for proper installation methods.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
- Identify and report site issues, material shortages, or technical discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd. standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications And Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction supervision.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Aluminium Formwork Installation
- Safety Screen Installation
- Glass Facade Installation
- Ability to read and understand technical and structural drawings.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.
