Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of commercial furniture, coordinate with team members, and ensure project tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities include monitoring on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining strong communication with clients and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in installation and maintenance of furniture, with a focus on quality and precision.
- Knowledge of project management, planning, and on-site coordination.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance on site.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to manage challenges that may arise during projects.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and documentation is a plus.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
