Site Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee project execution, monitor on-site activities, and ensure quality control. Key responsibilities include managing site operations, coordinating with contractors and teams, ensuring safety compliance, and meeting project deadlines. The role also requires accurate documentation, material management, and liaising with clients to meet their project requirements.

• Site and construction management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Knowledge of safety guidelines, quality control standards, and construction best practices
• Ability to manage resources, including materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team coordination abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and contractor interactions
• Proficiency in construction-related software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil and interior projects is preferred
