This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Kochi. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects, ensuring that construction and design work are completed on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities include coordinating with the design team, supervising workers, monitoring material use, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will also liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are met and manage any on-site challenges effectively.

• Project Management and Team Coordination skills
• Knowledge of Civil Works, Construction Processes, and Material Selection
• Understanding of Interior Design and Color Coordination
• Proficiency in Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Familiarity with Safety Regulations and Quality Standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines
• Relevant education or certification in construction, interior design, or project management is a plus
