Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Ernakulam. The Site Supervisor will oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing resources, coordinating project schedules, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and communicating effectively with clients, architects, and engineers. They will also monitor project progress and address any on-site issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction supervision, site management, and resource allocation
- Strong ability in communication, team coordination, and client interaction
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in reading and interpreting architectural plans and blueprints
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address on-site challenges effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools and construction management software is an advantage
Experiance
Minimum 2year Experiance in the relevent field.
