This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Kochi. The Site Supervisor will oversee construction activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality and safety standards at the work site. Additional responsibilities include managing site resources, monitoring progress, and communicating regularly with project stakeholders to ensure efficiency and compliance with plans.

• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in construction tools and relevant software
• Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in site supervision, with a focus on residential or commercial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
