Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Delhi, OH. The Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing on-site operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently and according to the design plans. Daily tasks include supervising construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing project timelines, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with designers, contractors, and clients. The role also involves maintaining quality and resolving any on-site challenges promptly.

- Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction coordination
- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and quality assurance practices
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
- Ability to interpret design plans, layouts, and technical drawings
- Proficiency in tools and software relevant to project and site management
- Previous experience in interior design or construction-related projects is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
