This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, manage on-site teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and monitor project progress against timelines. The role involves coordinating with architects, designers, and contractors, ensuring the successful execution of interior and architectural projects.

• Experience in construction supervision, project management, and site coordination
• Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
• A proactive approach to managing timelines and resources efficiently
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in architectural or interior design projects is preferred
