Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at project sites, coordinating with team members and vendors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring safety protocols, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring that work aligns with design specifications and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and Site Supervision, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Technical knowledge in construction processes, materials, and methods, along with attention to detail
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and ensuring alignment with project specifications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, contractors, and clients
• Ability to monitor safety measures, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain project timelines
• Experience in interior or construction project supervision is highly desirable
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD will be advantageous
