This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Interior Site Supervisor. The role involves overseeing on-site construction and interior works, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering projects on time. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the project team, monitoring daily activities, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards, and managing materials and workforce efficiently. The Site Supervisor will also handle inspections, address project challenges, and maintain proper documentation of progress.

• Strong project coordination and site management skills, including planning and scheduling on-site activities.
• Knowledge of construction and interior design standards and processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Ability to supervise construction teams, allocate tasks, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
