This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing and coordinating interior design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site operations, supervising a team of workers, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of projects.

• Project management and site supervision skills, including the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple activities efficiently.
• Knowledge of interior design, construction processes, and materials commonly used in interior and exterior contracting.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans, layouts, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to ensure a safe working environment on-site.
• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in supervising interior or construction projects is a strong advantage.
