Site Engineer

Job Description:

• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to design, quality standards, and timelines.
• Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to resolve on-site engineering issues and challenges.
• Material & Equipment Management: Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of construction materials and equipment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, project progress records, and other relevant documentation.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and implement corrective measures proactively.
• Communication: Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
