Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in managing construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and performance of projects, making adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare reports on project status, costs, and progress for stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.
