Site engineer - GFRC Installation

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad and Bangalore, for an Site Engineer specializing in GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). The role involves overseeing and managing GFRC installation projects, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring timely and quality-driven project execution. The Installation Manager will be responsible for preparing project schedules, managing resources, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4-5 Years of Experience in managing GFRC installations, project planning, and team coordination
• Strong technical skills in construction and installation processes
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and materials planning
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Effective communication and client interaction abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in managing on-site construction projects in residential or commercial spaces is a plus
