Site Engineer - Interiors

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager - Interiors, located in Bengaluru. The Site Manager will oversee the execution of interior design and construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, supervising contractors, managing on-site activities, and resolving any project-related issues. The Site Manager will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and client specifications to deliver high-quality interiors.

• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget management
• Technical proficiency in site supervision, construction processes, and interior execution
• Expertise in design interpretation, reading blueprints, and aligning with engineering standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities
• Knowledge of quality control, safety protocols, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience of at least 5 years in site management or a related role
