Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer specializing in Corporate Interiors, based in Bengaluru South. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and design teams, monitoring on-site progress, and implementing quality control measures. The Engineer will also be responsible for addressing technical issues, managing project documentation, and enforcing compliance with safety and structural requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in On-Site supervision and management, ensuring smooth project execution and deadline adherence
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate efficiently with clients, contractors, and teams
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes in construction and interior projects
• Background in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering, ensuring technical competency and project compliance
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction monitoring software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3-8 years of experience in managing corporate interior projects is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to address project challenges effectively
