We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our delivery teams and lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and engineers to translate complex requirements into robust platform architectures and ensure successful delivery across programs.
You will play a key role in solution architecture, platform strategy, and delivery leadership, while contributing to reusable frameworks, governance standards, and best practices within our ServiceNow ecosystem.
Additionally, you will drive innovation by leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agents, to enhance automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and business domains
Define end-to-end architecture aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on platform design, data models, and integrations
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Incorporate AI-driven capabilities (Now Assist, Virtual Agents, AI Agents) into solution design to improve productivity and experience
Oversee implementation across key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM and CSDM-aligned architectures
Guide teams on configuration, customization, and platform capabilities
Optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and governance standards
Drive adoption of GenAI features like Now Assist for summarization, content generation, and workflow acceleration
Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Now Assist and ServiceNow AI Agents
Build and guide teams in developing intelligent virtual agents, conversational workflows, and automation use cases
Define and implement integration strategies between ServiceNow and external systems
Work with APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures for seamless connectivity
Establish data models aligned with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
Ensure proper data governance, lineage, and consistency across systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making
Support presales activities with solution architecture, estimations, and proposals
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams
Establish and enforce platform governance, security, and development standards
Drive adoption of CSDM frameworks and ServiceNow best practices
Mentor and guide developers and consultants across ServiceNow implementations
Contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and implementation patterns
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, including solution architecture roles
Strong experience with ITSM, CSM, CSDM and Core ServiceNow platform capabilities
Experience with:
ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise implementation.
Data modeling and platform design aligned with CSDM
Integration patterns using APIs and middleware
ServiceNow configuration and customization
Strong understanding of platform governance, security, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments
Certifications
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred)
Certified Master Architect (CMA) (optional/advanced)
