About the Role
We are hiring for our client for the role of Senior Appian Consultant. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Appian solutions, bridging business requirements with technical implementation, and driving successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Appian development and the ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Design and develop Appian applications (SAIL, Process Models, Records)
- Deliver end-to-end solutions across the project lifecycle
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and external systems
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and solution presentations
- Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
- Mentor junior developers and support overall team delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- 5–6+ years of IT experience with strong Appian expertise
- Hands-on experience with SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Records & Reports, CDTs, Rules
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Web APIs
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and databases
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of performance tuning and debugging
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Certification – L2 (mandatory), L3 preferred
- Experience in BPM / Automation projects

- Candidates must have a valid UAN number and LinkedIn profile

- Candidates available within 0–15 days preferred (up to 30 days for strong profiles)
- Preference for Jaipur/Pune-based or ready-to-relocate candidates
- Strong alignment with the requirement
