Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

Role Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules. This is a remote role open to candidates across India, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow development and configuration (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance.
- Manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Oversee platform upgrades, performance tuning, and security compliance.
- Mentor junior developers and administrators.
- Prepare technical documentation and support audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies).
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and workflows.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
- ITIL process knowledge.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to automation and scripting tools.
