Description

We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 9-18 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves leading the development team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules according to business needs.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards during development.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow instances.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.

Skills and Qualifications

9-18 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules (CMDB, CSDM, ITSM etc.).
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or other protocols.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
