Role & Responsibilities:
TPRM Module Configuration
- Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow TPRM module, including forms, tables, workflows, and dictionary entries.
- Build, update, and manage third-party assessment questionnaires, using templates such as SIG and CAIQ.
- Configure assessment logic including risk scoring, tiering, and evaluation models.
- Develop and enhance third-party due diligence workflows, issue remediation flows, and renewal processes using Flow Designer or traditional workflows.
- Configure Access Control Lists (ACLs) and roles to enforce secure access to vendor and assessment data.
- Develop client scripts, business rules, script includes, and other components to enhance user experience and add custom functionality.
Integrations & Data Management
- Implement integrations with external tools (security ratings, risk intelligence platforms, data providers) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Execute data migration for third-party, engagement, and assessment records from legacy systems to the TPRM module.
- Establish and maintain processes for data validation, normalization, and data quality management across TPRM datasets.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with business analysts, risk managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance, support test execution, analyze defects, and resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as configuration details, solution design, and release notes.
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and environment migrations.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide technical support for post-implementation issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and ensuring application stability.
- Build and configure reports and dashboards to provide visibility into vendor risk posture and due diligence activities.
