Role Summary

Configure and customize ServiceNow H&S modules, ensuring alignment with architecture and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·      - Configure H&S applications (incident, hazard, inspections, risk assessments)

·      - Build forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications

·      - Implement role-based access controls (ACLs)

·      - Collaborate with architect and BA to deliver solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      - 5+ years ServiceNow development experience

·      - Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio

·      - Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, Service Portal

·      - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
