Minimum Role expectations:
- .Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: ( ITSM , Integration , Portal , GRC IRM , Secops , HRSD , ITOM ) and other custom application development.
- Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
- Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
- Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
- Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
- Perform application testing
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation

Technical Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules)
- Certified Application Developer
