Primary Title: ServiceNow Developer
About The Opportunity
A role in the Enterprise IT Services sector focused on Digital Workflow and IT Service Management (ITSM) implementations. You will join a delivery team working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow projectsdesigning, building and maintaining workflow automation, integrations, and user-facing Service Portal experiences for large Indian and global customers. This is an on-site position based in India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow applications using server- and client-side scripting (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
- Build and maintain Service Portal widgets, custom UI components, and ensure responsive, accessible front-end experiences.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Server implementations.
- Implement and maintain CMDB data flows, transform maps, discovery patterns, imports and data reconciliation processes.
- Manage application life cycle: update sets, scoped applications, security (ACLs), performance tuning and release deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide timely fixes, produce technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
