Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using the Servicenow platform
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay current with Servicenow best practices and new features
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Servicenow development
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development principles
- Experience with the ServiceNow API and integration technologies
- Experience with the Servicenow platform, including the ServiceNow Studio and Service Portal
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Servicenow ITOM (IT Operations Management) suite
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and MID Server
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Mocha
