• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs following best practices.
• Leverage infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Collaborate in agile environments to design and deliver robust IT service management solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
• Maintain ServiceNow Developer Certification and stay updated on platform enhancements
