Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and ITAM. The candidate will be responsible for defining architecture standards, integration frameworks, CMDB governance models, and ensuring best practices are followed across implementations.

The role requires strong expertise in platform integrations, event management, discovery, and enterprise architecture design, along with the ability to lead Agile teams and interact with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end ServiceNow architecture strategy
• Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM (Event Management, Discovery), CMDB, HRSD, CSM, and ITAM
• Design and govern CMDB & CSDM models ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Lead integration design using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
• Oversee Service Portal and Employee Center implementations
• Provide architectural guidance for enterprise-level integrations
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Lead Agile delivery teams and conduct design/code reviews
• Drive performance optimization, security standards, and platform upgrades

Qualification & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Good to Have
