servicenow Architect

ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering robust ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB

- Define ITOM architecture, data models, CMDB governance, and best practices

- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using scoped applications, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and IntegrationHub

- Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and third-party monitoring tools

- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance

- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and guidance to development and implementation teams

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions

- Support presales activities such as solution design, effort estimation, and technical workshops

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall IT experience and hands-on ServiceNow experience

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts

- Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and complex enterprise integrations

- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools
