Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and administer ServiceNow production systems with strong hands-on expertise.
Work extensively in Linux environments for ServiceNow platform activities.
Develop and enhance ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
Provide L2 administration support as per shift requirements.
Triage and resolve incidents, handle major events, and support release and deployment activities.
Participate in and manage incident escalation calls to ensure timely resolutions.
