Service Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment, providing field service support, and ensuring technical support to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of technical equipment
• Experience with Field Service operations and tasks
• Strong Communication and client interaction skills
• Expertise in providing reliable Technical Support to resolve technical issues
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and travel for on-site servicing
• Engineering degree or relevant technical certifications preferred
