Primary Title: Field Service Engineer
About The Opportunity
A fast-growing organisation in the Fitness & Wellness Technology and Equipment Services sector that delivers and supports commercial-grade fitness equipment and digital fitness solutions across India. We provide installation, maintenance, and technical support to gyms, corporate wellness programs, and retail fitness partnersensuring uptime, safety, and exceptional customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and configuration of commercial fitness equipment (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, strength machines) across customer locations.
- Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical and electronic faultsconduct PCB-level diagnostics, replace components, and validate repairs to meet SLA targets.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and inspections to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifecycle.
- Manage spare parts inventory, prepare service reports, and update the service management system for each job.
- Provide remote troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to engineering or product teams with clear reproduction steps and logs.
- Deliver basic customer training on safe operation and routine maintenance; represent the company professionally on-site.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant technical diploma or degree (electrical/mechanical/electronics) or equivalent field experience.
- Prior field service or equipment maintenance experience in fitness equipment, appliances, or electro-mechanical products preferred.
- Willingness to travel across assigned region in India and work in a hybrid model (remote + customer sites).
