Job Description: This is a full-time role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is based in Delhi. Travel requirement: Entire North India.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Field Service, Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
